Issue with RT screening

Steps to Reproduce: Perform RT screening

Actual Behavior: We get popup in Ui stating Please contact Administrator

Expected Behavior: We need to get matches displayed in UI

Error in OFSAA log: we see 401 Unauthorized error for an API Call
