Goal

On : 24.7.2.0 version, Financial Aid Admin System

When an LOA and Break event was sent in for a student the Title IV loan disbursement date was resent with a new disbursement date. This has caused the loans to be returned and reoriginated with COD. Due to timing not all of the originations have been accepted.

What would cause this behaviour?
