Symptoms
The user enters 4.7 for Dose and "国际单位" for Units on the Japanese page, selects "1日1次" for Frequency, and the Dose Description (J) field is automatically populated with "4.7 国际单位, 1日1次".
After saving the case and switching to the English page, the Dose Description field on the English page displays "4.7 UNK" instead of the expected "4.7 International Units qd".
