Reschedule sales orders request does not update the Schedule Ship Date in certain cases.

 Navigate to: Advanced Supply Chain Planner (R) / Supply Chain Plan
1. Open Workbench and view the Supply/Demand for the item.
2. Pick Sales Order with Action = Release and check release box and save.
3. Use /Plan /Release to launch the request.
