"Create INV Snapshots" Concurrent Program Failing With ORA-20001 Error (Doc ID 3058052.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run, data extraction for cloud, Create INV snapshots request is failing
The following error is observed in the log file:

ORA-20001: Snapshot Creation on MTL_DEMAND failed : ORA-20001: Snapshot Creation on MTL_DEMAND failed : ORA-23413: table "MSC"."MSC_COLLECTED_ORGS" does not have a materialized view log


1. Launch Extract data for Oracle Supply Chain Planning.

NAV: Advanced Planning Administrator (R) -> View /Requests /Submit a New Request - choose Extract Data for Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud

2. See that the Create INV Snapshots request fails with above error.
