Send to Schedule Sheet Fails when the Schedule Sheet Name in Chinese (Doc ID 3058244.1)

Symptoms

Send to Schedule Sheet fails due to the Schedule Sheet name is Chinese.

ERROR
-----------------------
Schedule Sheet name is not valid.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into P6.
  2. Go to Projects-->EPS, open project.
  3. Go to Activities, click Actions-->Exchange Data-->Send to Schedule Sheet, job fails with error above.
  4. When change schedule sheet name to English then the sync job is correct.
