Symptoms

After upgrade IIA from 8123 to 8125, noticed that LDTI batches not populating FCT_INS_ACST_REP_LINE_DEP table, as a result Disclosure Report - Drill Down is always shown empty.

POPULATE_RPT_TBLS_<ID> populate main table FCT_INS_ACST_REPORTING_LINES but not FCT_INS_ACST_REP_LINE_DEP table.

History data showing up as data available in FCT_INS_ACST_REP_LINE_DEP table, but not with new executions.
