Initial Receipt Date Updates When Initial XML File is Imported as a Follow-Up

Symptoms
The Initial Receipt Date is being updated when an Initial XML file is imported as a follow-up to an existing case.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import the R2 XML file as initial.
2. Go to ICSR Pending screen.
3. Accept the initial XML file. In the accepted case, lets say, Initial Receipt Date (IRD) appear as 15-JUN-2024.
4. Once the file is accepted, import another initial R2 file having RECEIVEDATE as 20-JUN-2024.
5. Go to ICSR Pending screen.
6. Select the imported XML file and go to Duplicate Search window.
7. Search for the case accepted at Step #3. Once the case appear in the search result, select the case and click on View Difference button.
8. In View Difference window, click on Accept Follow-up.
9. Once the XML is accepted as follow-up, open the accepted case and go to General tab, IRD updated to 20-JUN-2024.

9. Once the XML is accepted as follow-up, open the accepted case and go to General tab, IRD updated to 20-JUN-2024.
