OSMCNE SAF connectivity to onpremise weblogic application is failing (Doc ID 3058667.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.4.1.0.0 version, Other


The customer was unable to connect to onpremise weblogic server from OSMCNE via SAF. Downtime is continuously increasing with below exception in logs.

Telnet connectivity is working fine between both servers.
