Symptoms

On : 11.3.0.11 version, Policy information

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users unable to search for Policies using the search bar, or the advanced search bar .
When trying to search for an existing Policy. the application does not bring up certain Policies.
The Policy exists because users can search for a Client and then check on the Role Screen on all the Policies the Client it attached to, and then select the Policy.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Search bar should bring up the Policy number which was inserted.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OIPA.
2. Attempt to search for Policies using the search bar, or the advanced search bar.
