Symptoms

Attempting to delete a user in Primavera P6 User Administration the following error is presented and the user cannot be deleted or modified.

"Unable to save changes

Failed to delete users."

The following exception is thrown in the P6 application WebAccess.html log file:

com.primavera.rest.common.exception.RemoteDataErrorResponseExceptionMapper
Failed to delete users.
com.primavera.bo.remoting.RemoteDataException: Failed to delete users.
