Symptoms

When attempting to Change status for MCO the following error occurs.

ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Agile Web Client - http(s)://:/Agile/PLMServlet
2. Open MCO Mxxxxxxx
3. Click on Next Status --> Click on Finish
