Goal

On: 7.0.0.0.0 version, System-Wide issue

UTA 500 Error

Production system has been working without issue since it was installed (3 weeks). Last week the primary user started receiving a 500 error while running the OUTA flow. Can't find a reason for this. The only change is that the servers were rebooted and therefore the services were restarted.
