Symptoms
When attempting to load the EPS Projects page, using a layout that has many Project Codes or Project User Defined Columns, the following error is received:
Unable to load data
Could not load service details. Please contact your system administrator. Timeout error waiting for data.
Please try again later
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Log into P6 Web.
2. Select Projects to open EPS View.
3. Apply the View with the appropriate Filter.
4. Observe the error occur after several minutes.
