Symptoms
The application throws a "Item '(None)' in column "Supp Type" does not pass validation test." error when attempting to Supp Cancel a PSR order. Clicking OK to acknowledge the error results in another error that states, "Required value missing from Supp Type." regardless if a "Supplement Reason" is provided or not. The behavior is identical to the problem described in Doc ID 1582113.1, but the Customer Account does NOT have multiple 'ORDER' Customer Account Contact Types.
NOTE: The behavior does not prevent the user from cancelling the order, but it adds two separate clicks to do so.
