Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Project ID increments incorrectly after copy paste.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The new Project ID generated by copy paste should be xxx -1.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into P6 Client.
  2. Create a Project with PROJECT ID as "TEST Aug-2022".
  3. Copy paste Project above, then the new Project generated is created with ID "TEST Aug-2023".
