ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to to search for deals without filling in the vendor type, it doesn't return any result and doesn't present any warning.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect either details to appear or Error being presented.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for deals filling only the Vendor and Billing Type fields
2. See that it doesn't return anything
3. Add Vendor Type on the search
4. See that it returns deals
