Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------
While using the Safari browser to download attachments from the Comment section in any Business Process(BP), there is no response and the attachment(s) is not download.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
------------------------------

  1. Go to Unifier, Task Manager.
  2. Open any BP record where the Comments section has an attachment.
  3. Try to download the file and find that there is No Response and no attachment is downloaded.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------

The comment attachments should be downloaded.
