Symptoms

When attempting to import an XER using P6 Professional v23.12.5,
the following error occurs.

Event Code: PRMDB-3764-9
Message:
  PRM DBAccess Error: Unknown CloudDataType
  Time:<date> <time>

Context:
  1: TfrmWizImport.wizImportFinish
  2: TfrmWizImport.wizImportBeforeShowPage
  3: TfrmWizImport.RunImportWizard
  4: TDevxMainForm.actFileImportExecute
  5: TCFormManager.SetToolbar
  6: TDevxMainForm.BeforeFormShow
  7: TfrmLogin.FormCreate

Detail:
  Type: EprmDBSQLExecutionFailure
  Object Type: TTimer

Database Error:
  Error Code: 0

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Professional v23.
  2. Click File > Import > XER.
  3. Select XER file for import.
  4. Project folder is created.
  5. Wait 30+ minutes.
  6. Notice the error.
