Increasing number of $RIBDomain rib-rms-server incidents

We have an increasing number of RIBDomain incidenst created under $RIBDomain/servers/rib-rms-server/adr/diag/ofm/RIBDomain/rib-rms-server/incident.

How can we view these outside of the OS side? via App? AdminServer?
What is the significance of these?
How can we also delete them without impacting any notification or proper process?
Are these related to RIB hospital issues?
