Goal

[Context]

OCOMC is used as mediation component and ECE for rating.
When In-Roamer CDRs are rated, settlement events are loaded in BRM against the partner account and tapout files are generated by roaming pipeline and sent to operator.

Settlement events don't have a link to tapout file generated. Hence, when rapin files are received in order to reprocess the roaming CDRs say due to price change, one is unable to locate the settlement events exactly.

[Question]

Is there a way to link settlement event with the tapout sequence number?
