Dm_oracle Enqueueing Error for Size more than 4000 Chars (Doc ID 3060037.1)

Goal

While enqueueing the messages via dm_oracle to the aq_queue with more than 4000 character length, the user is getting below error in the dm_oracle process. It seems that the enqueue is not happening for the large_flist_buf field, as it is crossing the message length of 4000 characters.
