ECE Not Able To Load All The Customers And Not Moving To Usageprocessing State (Doc ID 3060710.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 12.0.0.4.19 version, Customer data management

ECE is not able to load all the customers from BRM DB and is not moving to usageProcessing state.

The below Errors are observed in CustomerUpdater.log during startup

STEPS:
------------------

1. On ECE 12.0.0.4.19 Version, do a restart of ECE
2. Check if the customerUpdater throws the above Errors during startup and not able to load complete customers
