Action Category Data Entry Field is Visible Even After Hiding the Field From Field Properites - Why? (Doc ID 3060720.1)

Goal

Via - [Argus Console] > [System Configuration] > Field Properties- ACTIVITIES > Action Items > Action Category > Is marked as Hidden = Yes as entry is nor required by client.



After logging back into the application the Action Category is Not Visible via [Activities] > Action Items per the fix for Bug 36373045 - Action Category is not hidden in caseform when set hidden in console. (Fixed in 8.4.3 Code-line):

However, if the user selects any of the filter options on Actions e.g. all open the field is now incorrectly shown, per below:
