On : 2.9.0.1.1 version, Framework

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Premise Does Not Include Service Point Despite SP Identifier Record Aligned After Updating Via UI

When updating the MDM Service Point’s Premise, CCB Service Point’s Premise is not updated, hence service point is not displayed in the Premise page tree.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Updated Service Point should be displayed in the Premise page tree.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for a Service Point with different Premise
2. Other Premise Id, currently related to 2 Service Points
3. Update the Premise of the Service Point in step 1, with Premise Id in step 2
4. Service Point changes are saved
5. However, updated Service Point is not shown in the Premise page tree (No GENM1 service point)
6. Premise in CI_SP table is not updated
