OFSAA Batch Logs Not Visible From UI "org.apache.commons.vfs2.FileSystemException: Could not copy "sftp://:" Errors (Doc ID 3061049.1)

Symptoms

On AAI 8.1.2 Batch logs are not visible on the OFSAA front end. The below error is reported in the RevAppserver.log:

org.apache.commons.vfs2.FileSystemException: Could not copy "sftp://:***@/ofsaa_home/ftpshare/logs/20241115/OFSAAEPM/LOAD DATA/LOAD DATA_OFSAAEPM_FCT_COMMON_ACCT_SUMMARY_20241115_2_Task1_REVLOADER.log" to "file:///ofsaa_home/ftpshare/LOAD DATA_OFSAAEPM_FCT_COMMON_ACCT_SUMMARY_20241115_2_Task1_REVLOADER.log".


[FILETRANSFER] Protocol is SFTP only

Have confirmed that using manual sftp to APP server, able to download the log file to the web server and vice versa:

<sftp UNIX user>@<IP ADDRESS APP SERVER>'s password:

sftp> ls

sftp> get "LOAD DATA_OFSAAEPM_FCT_COMMON_ACCT_SUMMARY_20241115_1_Task1_REVLOADER.log"
