Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

During traffic data migration activity in production, the user faced an outage in one of the clusters. Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) database (DB) is full in the site due to which ECE cache is not able to write to ECE DB. ECE cache was growing with backlog, resulting in traffic impact.
During troubleshooting call, it is observed that the Aggregate Object Usage (AOU) cache was having ClassCastException and blocking WriteBehind. The AOU corruption issue persists for local site AOU records first and then remote site got the same problem from federation.
This led to significant growth in AOU cache, eventually triggering cache pruning from coherence. This condition may eventually lead to some ECS nodes becoming thread-saturated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
AOU should be inserted to database and no cache growth should be observed.
