Symptoms
Poor Performance of Usage and Billing & Financial History zones on Customer 360
The zones "Usage and Billing" & "Financial History" on the customer 360 portal do not load even after waiting for more than 5 minutes.
Steps to Recreate 1. Load an account that has usage and financial history 2. Navigate to Customer 360. 3. There are instances when Usage and Billing zone does not load. 4. Switch to the Financial History tab. 5. There are instances when Financial History zone does not load.
