On : 2.9.0.1.1 version, Framework
This is related to a Conversion batch named as X1-MIGSM batch. This batch is responsible for converting SP/Meter Installation to Install Event. There is a logic which will add a characteristic with characteristic type as X1-OBJVT in install event.
The current logic states that Characteristic Value = Corresponding SP/Meter Installation ID + Install Event Version.
For the current logic, X1DE mode is deleting all the install event even though there is no change in corresponding SP/Meter Installation. Is this normal behavior?
