CNE: Missing Pricing Data From Persistence Upon PricingUpdater Startup (Doc ID 3061914.1)

Symptoms

One has upgraded from Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 12.0.4 to 15.0.1 Cloud Native Version (CNE) with Persistence Database enabled.

During the startup procedure, two issues were identified:


i)- metadata/pricing data are deleted from the Persistence DB and never restored during Pricing Updater (PU) startup

ii)- Pricing Updater keeps restarting every one hour. SIGHUP signal being fired can be seen on the PU logs:
