Agile Patch Application Fails With Error: 'Buildfile: xxxx Does Not Exist!' (Doc ID 3061937.1)

Symptoms


Agile patch upgrade_schema.bat/sh fails with error.


"ORACLE AGILE PLM 936 RUP SCHEMA UPGRADE

PLEASE INPUT DATABASE USER NAME:

agile

PLEASE INPUT DATABASE USER PASSWORD:

xxx

PLEASE INPUT DATABASE TNS NAME:

axxx

PLEASE INPUT DATABASE CLIENT ORACLE HOME:(Format Example: C:\app\oracle\product\12.1.0\dbhome_1)

xxxxx

Buildfile: xxxxx\Agile does not exist!

Build failed"



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to Agile Appserver.
2. Go to MOS (https://support.oracle.com).
3. Search the Patch number in Patches & Updates tab.
4. Download the patch.
5. Run Upgrade_Schema.bat/sh from the patch.
6. Fails with error.
