Scenario:

Using a value from value map in charge selector does not work during rating
User has configured value maps and noticed that if in charge selector one uses a specific value from value map like "My Tariff;GPRS;Charged;300" (where Charged is the last key in hierarchy, and 300 is a specific value), then rating does not work (it fails with reason code NO_QUALIFIED_CHARGE_OFFERS)
