Symptoms
Search is disabled for Customer Contact > Contact Type and Start/Stop > SA Type
STEPS
Customer Contact:
> Contact Type search/magnifying glass is not working.
Start/Stop:
> SA Type search/magnifying glass is not working.
Action Performed:
Perform Account Search using Person Name > Populate Start Date, Stop Date, Start Method (Start a SA), Select CIS Division, then click on SA Type Search/Magnifying Glass but no pop-up comes up.
A temporary Workaround we found is to navigate to a different tab (ex: Address/Phone under Start/Stop) and then return to the Main tab, the search works again.
