Getting "Invalid username/password" Logging Into OFSAA After Upgrading to 8.0.7

Symptoms
After upgrading to OFSAA 8.0.7, the upgrade was successful but you get the following error when logging in:
"Invalid username/password"
Additionally, the following error appears in the WebLogic log:
