RIB-RMS Admin UI URL Returns 503 Service Unavailable (Doc ID 3062708.1)

RIB-RMS admin UI URL (http://<host:port>/rib-rms-admin-gui) results in 503 Service Unavailable.

No error entries are found in the RIB-RMS and AdminServer managed server .log/.out files.

Maintenance was done recently on the servers, but no changes were made to the RIB installation.

The RIB-RMS managed server .out file does not contain the following type of repeated info entries:
