Raw CDR is not Getting Closed By CDR GW/ Formatter After Validity Time Expires (Doc ID 3062712.1)

Symptoms

The user has observed that an open Call Detail Record (CDR) for 5G Request is not getting closed when validity timer expires.

The configuration for individual CDR = false, which means the CDR will be aggregated and will move to done folder only after Release Request.
However, in case it does not receive a Release Request, the CDR remains in the temp folder.

How to process these CDRs so that they can pass to data warehouses?
