Last updated on DECEMBER 10, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Communications BRM - Elastic Charging Engine - Version 12.0.0.8.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In a production Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) environment, during de-isolate of one of the three clusters, the user tried to replicate the data from source cluster to secondary cluster, but replication did not work. Three attempts were made with various configurations, but all resulted in significant data count discrepancies, preventing successful restoration of the cluster.

It was observed that there are Aggregate Object Usage (AOU) entries being inserted in the ActiveSession (AS) cache.
