Publishing Of Periodics Reports With Argus Dossier Fails In 8.4.2.1 (Doc ID 3062961.1)

Symptoms

In Argus Safety 8.4.2.1 there is an issue when trying to route periodic reports, which are using Argus Dossier.

Before such a report can be routed to submitted, it is required to set it to published.

This activity is accepted by Argus Safety without any error message, but when attempt to later route the report, Argus still shows the message, that the report needs to be published before routing.

In Argus Error log the below warning is shown:

Argus Safety.COM :- Oracle error 1 occurred.Invalid parameter bindingParameter name: P_REPORT_IDSQL: update dsr_report_build_queue set status=3 where reg_report_id = :P_REPORT_IDPL/SQL Call Stack: 15300543207388985138673 PKG_CONSOLE_COMMON.P_ERROR_LOG1 __anonymous_block

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Generate the Periodic Report in Argus:

2. Select the Dossier Template:

3. Arrange Templates

4. Build Template

5. Confirm Build Completed without warnings:

6. Publish the Dossier Template

7. Report Routing

8. Route to Approved
