Symptoms
ATP is not consistently using the unit of measure conversion quantity.
Example: Suppose Item XYZ has a UOM conversion rate of 12 per CS (Case). When booking an order for 1 case, ATP is only considering the quantity of 1 each rather than the expected 12 each.
