Reseed is deleting the previous accumulation cycle records from C1_LF_ACCUM_AMT table.
Level funded (LF) Accumulation Entries are getting deleted in C1_LF_ACCUM_AMT for previous accumulation period after Reseed Billing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------------
Previous LF accumulation entries should not be deleted on reseed.
