Symptoms

The below error was received while accepting ACK files from FDA.

14-Nov-2024 08:04:34 PM DEFAULT: Error occurred in ConvertJtoUTF8 Fn. Error has occurred on Line: 2, Source Text: , Error Code: -2146697208, Error Reason: The download of the specified resource has failed.
Error processing resource 'https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/xml/icsrack-xml-v1.1.dtd'.
