On : 15.0.1.0.0 version, Business Operation Center
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Login to Business Operation Center, after the home screen appears, enter the login and password. The logo starts spinning(no data get displayed).
NOTE: If user press/enter while staying on the same URL. It give error occurs.
Error in fetching authorization details
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It should display landing page.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using url http://<hostname>:<port>/opsdashboard/login.html to login.
2. Enter the user and password.
