Reporting Category Validation Errors While Generating PMDA Report (Doc ID 3063518.1)

The user is unable to generate the draft PMDA R3 report, encountering the following error on the UI during report generation:

"Case does not have any matching reporting category found for the selected report forms."

However, if the user deletes the report and schedules it again, the draft report is successfully generated without making any changes to the case.
