TSF_RESERVED_QTY in ITEM_LOC_SOH table Is Being Updated To Negative After Closing the Transfer (Doc ID 3063792.1)

Symptoms

TSF_RESERVED_QTY is being updated to negative after closing the transfer.

Steps to Recreate:

1.Create/approve an EG transfer  for 10 qty from a physical warehouse using XTsf (Create message).
It should populate TSFITEM_INV_FLOW for the virtual warehouse and update TSF_RESERVED_QTY = 10

2.Send a partial shipment (ASNOut) for the transfer (6 qty).
Note that the TSFITEM_INV_FLOW.SHIPPED_QTY gets updated = 6,TSF_RESERVED_QTY = 4.

3.Send a XTsfDtlMod message to modify the item quantity (eg. 10=>6)
Note that TSFITEM_INV_FLOW.SHIPPED_QTY is set to 0,TSF_RESERVED_QTY = 0.

4.Force close the transfer (in transfer screen).
Note that theTSF_RESERVED_QTY gets updated to -6.
