We are currently facing an issue while processing the person file through the FRT upload. All person records are resulting in errors, displaying the message: "Missing Environment Type of FC of Feature type General System Configuration."

The CM-PERUP FRT batch job is a custom batch designed to process person records into ORMB, and it appears that no CM components are causing the errors. The issue seems to originate from some base programs.

Here are the steps to replicate the issue:

1. Upload the person file into the FRT buckets.

2. In ORMB, navigate to batch submission and submit a new instance of the CM-PERUP FRT batch job.

3. The job will run and then error out.

4. You can capture the batch logs in the batch run tree.
