ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Pack components not included in the pack's ItemCre RIB Message
The pack items which are created and published via RIB and not having the component details part of the ItemCre message. The BOM details are not present in the itemCre message which is actually impacting the downstream systems as the pack component details are missing.
When a pack item is created in RMS, it has the necessary pack components added to packitem_breakout, a trigger fires which adds a ItemBOMCre entry on item_mfqueue.
However as the item has never been published before, when getnxt processes the item, it just deletes the entry and moves on to the next until it builds the ItemCre message (message type = ‘ItemHdrMod’ and approved_ind = ‘Y’).
The problem is that the ItemCre message does not adds the ItemBOMDesc part of the message.

STEPS

2. The ItemBOMCre for the pack composition is fired into item_mfqueue table.
3. But The RIB publication is not adding up the ItemBOMCre to ItemCre.
BUSINESS IMPACT
