Symptoms

In ALM Process > Output Preferences screen, you are not able to see your desired Output Dimension combination in the drop down list.  You want to use "Organization/Product/Currency" but only the following options are available:

Product
Product/Currency

You expect to see an option for Organization/Product/Currency.
