ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

AOB WS Issue for acc where "Recourse Ind -Y" but field value Recourse Type & Recourse Reason not input
Issue - Account Onboarding WS response does not display appropriate error message if call is invoked for Contract having "Recourse Indicator - Y" but field values "Recourse Type" & "Recourse Reason" is not passed as AOB request.
AOB WS displays unhandled exception i.e. 500 Internal Server Error.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

If "Recourse Type and Recourse Reason" are mandatory field for account where "Recourse Indicator - Y", then AOB WS response should display appropriate error rather than 500 Internal server exception error.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create web service request for Account onboarding web service with contract having Recourse Ind as Y and ensure to not to pass the Recourse fields (RecourseType, RecourseReason, Recourse & RecourseMaxPercent) in the request
2. Hit the request
3. Verify that account is created successfully
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have Account Onboarding WS with appropriate error message if call is invoked for Contract having "Recourse Indicator - Y".
