Allow HDR ETS SNOMED Loader to Specify which Concept Description becomes the Default Term (Doc ID 3064529.1)

There has been a change to how the default concept description is selected after loading SNOMED into ETS.
Previously, it was possible to see the preferred term (PT) as the default term. With the recent changes to SNOMED, the fully specified name (FSN) coming back as the default term is no longer seen.
The change to SNOMED was to align it to SNOMED International and use international preferred terms where available.
Is there a way to tell the SNOMED loader in ETS which of the concept descriptions should become the default term when the RIM API fetches ETS data?
