Customer attempting creation of a 3 node cluster for UA 6.0.4.2.
Following the steps mentioned in Implementation guide to setup the SSH keys:

$A1BASEDIR/bin/CreateSSLCertificate --Type SSH

But attempt to create cluster:

$A1BASEDIR/bin/cluster/clusterctl create --host node1 --host node2 --host node3

Fails with:
"Failed to setup SSH tunneling for host [hostname]: Can't retrieve docker info."
